In my experience, If I try to sue in my town, the defendant will file for a change of venue and usually gets it.  Then I have to start over. 

I have tried to call the customers underwriter, but their response is that it is not their legal responsibility.  I have no legal grounds to make the underwriter responsible for the debt.  If these methods have worked for you then god bless ya.  I however have not been as fortunate.  Thanks for the advice.
