We completed several closings for Archer back in June and it was a complete nightmare. They contacted us to complete a closing for them on same day with about 3 hours notice. Closing location was 1 hour away. Closing documents arrived past time of scheduled closing. The other closing was a disaster because Archer messed up the names on the closing documents and demanded that one of our agents have borrowers re-sign new set of documents for free. We refused. Archer contacted us last week to conduct two more closings at the last minute and we refused. I am glad we made that decision based on our past experience and to hear that they are closing their doors.
