Rob,   In regards to your response about Abs USA,  I would choose to

think that your statement,  "we were forced to settle for 60% of what was owed", is

not a true statement of the facts if they are indeed still in business and operating

today.   You elected to "settle for 60 percent", as you could have as some on

here have adivsed, serve the summons and get a judgment against them that

could still be collected on.   You made the choice to not exert you rights, and

take the piddlings they were offering you.   Opinion please Kevin ?

Your statement,    "These are the type of people that hurt the industry" is

true, but your and others that will not / do not eforce their rights to get

what they are owed is what allowed some of the scum bags to continue to

operate.   If enough people had judgments against them and forced

them into BR they would be out of business soon.
