Unfortunately they are closing.  I just got off the phone with them and was told they are in the process of wrapping up the business they have.  She said make sure any invoices you have are submitted because Accounting is working on paying them (I'm not sure exactly what that means).  I'm shocked, again.  This was a very good company to do business with and I feel for all the employees who just found out today.
