On the 14th, I had posted a "success" story about getting paid for a closing that I did for them on the 28th...

as it turns out, check bounced!!!  So not only do I get stiffed on that closing...I also get charged a $10 bounced check fee!!!

 

I guess the real "success" story is that they only owed me for a couple of closings at the time they went under!!
