Yes, I too am owed several hundred dollars including outstanding invoices since July! They were always slow to pay. I find it incredibly unethical that they continued soliciting work from me in a "RUSH" manner, knowing full well they weren't going to pay me. They're organized in Deleware, and it would cost more for me to send a representative, i.e. pay another attorney to represent my interests there than it would to just write off the debt as uncollectable. While this is acceptable under the law, I feel ripped off.
