Sounds good, Robert. Have you taken your Bar Review course yet?  If not, do not let it throw you. About half way through the course you become impressed with how much you have forgotten. You begin to wonder if you will pass. I wound up not going to the last three weeks of instruction because it was creating too much doubt, and I depended on self study instead. It worked. I passed the bar exam the first time. Good thing because I was going broke trying to find decent work until I could start to practice.

By the way, you are right. The correct term is shifting executory interest.
