It is my understanding that the prior management were the ones that led to the collapse of it- they took or used all the available money to there advantage and left the company with no means to pay for anything. The new company, which was comprised of the lingering employees decided to have ago of it , since the company had a good client base- they got limited financing to get started and came up with the agreement that was proposed to all of the existing abstractors that were owed money. The ones that agreed were told they would be on the top of the list to get more work-and it has worked out that way so far.
I know a lot have criticized this company for the way it handled things- but to those of us that were owed money and given the events that occurred- and the choices that were presented- I think I still made the right decision. Of course there are a lot of details that remain unknown and maybe there in lie the facts that might make them look a lot better from the critics view point.
