Amazing....instead of here's your new rate letter I received a "dear john" - ok "jane" since I am a girl - letter. It so politely thanks me for being a customer and recognizes that I have other accounts with them, how much they value my business and want to make sure that they meet MY needs.
This next part is classic!!!
"We noticed that this account wasn't used for at least the last 24 months. Because the account wasn't used during this time period, we assumed that you no longer had need for it and we closed it, effective the week of November 10th."
It goes on to mention that with in the next 60 days they will report the closure to the credit bureaus.
So, my question is this, how does closure of my account serve my needs???? And you just assume I don't need it anymore. Did ya ever think that was my emergency card in case of mass chaos in my life???? No because you assumed (ass/u/me - a** out of you and me). Thanks alot!
