Hey Steve, Let me put that another way.  John is going to buy a house in a  county you work in. It just so happens he is using a dead beat title company that you do the title searching for. Now lets say John decide's not to use that title company since they are slow ( no one wants to do there title searching) and he will then use another title company that will service that county  because they are fast (no one minds doing their searching since they pay) and that company you may be doing work for. 

                 So back to my point, if all the dead beat clients went out of business that service your county, the work is still out their for you except now you will dealing with companies with a better reputation.
