OK, so they are "criminal" in your eyes-then the same holds true of all the companies that are noted on here that skip on paying abstractors , that just stop paying, close their doors, shut down, and any other combination of "not paying"- what do e do with them? What about the Indian companies that stiff the abstractors, the title companies that shut down only to re-emerge as a new name, or get taken over by another "name'?
I might be a victim of the very thing we all dislike- a "new" company that was a result of a "former bad company"-

I don't know, as probably most of actually are-since we don't really know the history of those we do work with- but survival is paramount and in the current economic situation- we have to make choices, some might be as pleasant as others
