We have had the discussion you are referring to- almost two years ago- and you are right- they reorganized and have been doing well - paying on time(for the most part, as you can see from most of the posts) since they did that. You can call them what you wish- but they have held up their end of the agreements since then and I enjoy the work- much more than the settlement companies that have gone under-and the law firms that have decided they have too much power to let a single abstractor try to collect the fees due- and just flat out stop paying-!! It is sad that the ones that seem to stand out as "good" are the ones that you would call "criminal"- if I went to court with all of these companies- which would be the "guilty" ones for stealing and embezzling the money?
Just some thoughts- I don't care to get into a "yes they did- no they didn't: argument"- but will leave it alone and let you have the last word.
