You got that right!  I have found that most of our clients - Title companies and others - have heard of SOT and know that we have some sort of vetting process for new clients.  Although less well known, abstractorWatchdog has been worth every penny to us.

I would like to say that we have been getting a lot of 'new' clients lately, but a more accurate statement would be that we are seeing a lot of client turnover.  Before we process work for any new client we search the web, SOT and AbstractorWatchdog for any information about them.  Almost invariably we find something - if we don't that can send up a red flag.
