The other solution is to turn them over to a Collection Agency, they take a percentage of what they collect and I understand that they are very very persistent about collecting. There was some company who does Collections who was advertising on SOT last year I think, I don't remember their name.

But I agree with you Dan its not worth it to go after someone for 1 or 2 searches, at least not for me.
