Thank you both.  I have sent him a couple of "nice" emails which he has ignored.  So I will send him a polite and professional letter.   His bill totals $2030.00 so it is not something I can just write off and forget about.  As much as I hate to, I will report him to the bar if he still doesn't pay me.  I'd expect such behavior from a vendor company but not from an attorney.  I appreciate your replies; I now feel that I'd be doing the right thing.
