I will have to check my card terms because I understand it that the rate will only go up if I am late 2 times in a 6 month period.  Granted that is not a "business" credit card so it could be different.  I wasn't aware they could raise your rate because you spenditure changed.  I have never seen one jump up so high either...that is sick.  I suppose we now know the answer - 53,000 layoffs at Citi.  Guess they will make up there losses by sticking it to the little people.  Yet again we get to pay for all the mistakes of others.
