We received an order this morning.  I searched them on SOT (as usual when we have never heard of a company), and I say a big Thanks to my fellow abstracting community.  Anyway, I contacted them and told them that I required payment up front for the title work.  I have a Paypal account that I have set up for client that need to pay with a credit card and offer this as an option, of course there is a 7% convienence fee added to recover the cost I incur for this.

Just an option some of you may want to look into.  As many companies are getting behind in payments and need to extend their credit.

 Update : we received full payment via Paypal and they really are trying to be a good client and live down the GDocs rep as they have dis-associated with the people that created the financial problems of GDocs from what i understand.
