I can't believe that I am forced to add this because some people just can't seem to get the big picture. For those of you who had the audacity to criticize me for only charging Ace $20.00 for the SFS orders that I referred to in my last comment (and you know who you are). Just so you know just how pathetic you really are, I am going to explain a few things to you.
1. Anyone who knows me knows that I do NOT steal clients. It's like taking food off of someone else's table. It is unethical and frankly, it is beneath me. That is why searchers get screwed over all the time, because there are always people willing to scab the work. Generally speaking, these are usually the same people who aren't very good to begin with.
2. It's none of your business what I choose to charge a client. It is not your decision to make.
3. Oh, and FYI, they were already my client. I didn't offer less money to steal them. I agreed to do SFS orders for less so they could get the client. I was referred to them by an abstractor that was giving up the work in my county.
So you see, vindictive people. You should get your facts straight before you run your mouths. It makes you look petty and childish.
Some updated info; I was informed today that Ace was approached by someone or a multiple of people who asked them about hourly wages for a tri-county area. Where originally I believed it to only be two counties. I can almost bet money on the fact that the same person/people who are making comments about my $20.00 fee is undercutting everyone is the same person/people who called Ace National about doing the work for an hourly rate. I must ask, who is the one making all searchers look bad? You know what they say about people who point the finger, don't you?
All I have to say to whoever you are: it's probably a good thing you are getting paid hourly, because you certainly aren't worth a whole search.
