Joseph,  Sounds like your payment (non-payment, late payment) plan

is a result of being UNDER CAPITALIZED.   Shame on you for making your

abstractors your "lenders by default".  You can't get a bank to finance your

operations, why should your abstractors ????  Go get a da_n loan and

fully pay off your abstractors.

It's businesses like yours that gives this business a really bad smell.
