The are not really stealing the work Jessica. The ones you should be angry with are the big companies here in the USA who outsource and the government who allows it to happen.  This has been going on for years but is just new to our business. My husband lost 3 different jobs with large corporations who were "downsizing"... meaning they were outsourcing jobs to other parts of the world.
