First and foremost, I must say that ACE National is NOT owned or affiliated with any other firm. Please be aware of that before anyone thinks that we are attached to some company that is no longer around. Deb has been one of our best abstractors for many years. In response to this post, and to those that follow, it must be known that ACE HAS been sending payments to everyone. ACE has a net 30 policy, which in the past, we usually did not adhered to in the sense that we sent payment within days of receipt. We are in the position of having to wait on our clientele submitting payment into us, which is back logging the entire process. It is not something that we want to do, it is just the way the industry is right now. Deb, you should have also posted that when you were going on vacation or needed money early we ALWAYS sent you your check. We are NOT going out of business, and everyone that is doing work for us is receiving payment. The question is who had not gotten paid???? Yes it is slower, but no it is never not sent nor received. I do appologize to everyone for the delay but again, please tell me who has not been paid? Also, when you invoice and it is on a 3 month period, that will make an amount look really high, hence the amount listed, we are not invoiced montly. Mostly it really suprises me that you would even question wether we are sending out checks or not. To date you have received and cashed quite a bit of money. Again Deb, you are fantastic. I just do not want you to feel that we are leaving you, or anyone else out to dry. Because we aren't.
