I think they have the right score for those that engage in their deception-the Indian companies like to throw around lots of big numbers, lots of big letters and not a lot of anything to back any of that up- but they have done a good job of "selling" themselves to the BIG 4 top dogs that fell for all of their mumbo-jumbo- I do believe that the title insurance companies that have promoted this kind of exporting of American jobs have a lot to answer for , especially to their shareholders and to the many abstractors across the county for putting them out of business.
The 35-10 is something the management of the title companies need to look very closely at and ask themselves if it really does apply to them, and have they been the underlying reason for the economic destruction of the local abstractors.
They know by now that it is a liability headache!!
