Alix, Maybe talk to you E&O ins. agent. They have have a way of contacting your E&O carrier and have them write a letter to "her". If that personal info ever gets out, regardless of from your office or not, and the person for some reason wants to sue someone, better bet your name will be on the action as a Defendant. Your postings on here have given public notice that YOU know or feel something is not correct, and any good attorney (Robert) would surely dig for that nugget to tie you and your company into the muddy action.
