You can also get a membership for LIFE for $99. That's what I did years ago. They keep all their software up to date. All online. Nothing to download but the doc you created once you are done.

https://www.pdfescape.com/windows/ - actual editor. 100% free version online and you can work from your doc online and even create fill forms, etc.
