we do doc retrievals, if they have the document number. (separate area of the building that does not require licensing).

but if it requires searching.. the abstracters will only do a current owner search.. at minimum..

It works for all parties..

does not matter who the client is, it is a matter of licensing requirements.. and insurance for the search
