I believe, we  had discussed this earlier and had clarified with you about the delay in the payment, We did inform you that there was some confusion with our finance team which caused most of the payment delays. In our mail to you we also clarified that we had to change the entire finance team and the transition from the old to the new team caused the delay. We also have always promptly responded to your mails and have kept you posted about the delay and also when the payment was made. You also confirm once the check was received by your office.

Just in case if you have any issue with the pending payments or if you have any questions I would welcome you to write in this Forum and I would promptly address your concerns.

If you do not have any concerns or dues from our end, then please respond on this forum that you have received all the pending payments from us. 

These negative comments after prompt payment would affect our business.
