I use faxmicro and I have to say it is amazing. Super cheap and forwards to any email you want in pdf form. Only negative is the cost of "sending" faxes out. I only use it for incoming. For me though, I don't see it as a problem. I simply scan all my documents in and email them. Also, it's a good idea to keep records "saved files" of everything you send out.
