Yeah, and contract (traveling Notary) closers used to say the same things.  I remember working with a guy that I trusted and valued but he was a bit costly so my company made me switch to someone cheaper.  Boy, what a mistake that was.  Some docs would come back unsigned or not notarized properly.  Now, granted it shouldn't be the closers job to resell the deal but my goodness....can you at least make sure you and the borrower sign all the pages!!!!!  That is all I am asking.  Finally had to stop using that guy because it cost more to fix his mistakes then it did to send my guy that I liked so much.
