I receive only a few orders a year from ServiceLink. I've had to send them their own paper invoice by regular mail. They told me that they do not accept faxed or emailed invoices. But they do pay in me a timely manner. I haven't found them to be the most friendliest but I wouldn't hesitate to do their work more often, even with mailing paper invoices by snail mail!
