I believe you misinterpreted what I was referring to. I was referring to the original posting and the original disclaimer attempting to limit their liability to $200.00 or to zero even if the mistake was theirs. I was not referring to a disclaimer relating to the content of the county records which is a good idea. Therefore I stand behind my original posting and analogy.
