Robert, I absolutely agree with you! I've always thought that a Disclaimer really was a way to "wiggle out" of potential errors. You should stand by your work.
We are not the cheapest search company around. I know that. And we've lost a few customers because of it. But.. without fail.. every one of them will still place an occasional Order when the "cheap guy" can't figure out how to do it or sends in something that just doesn't make any sense at all (even to them). I can't tell you how many times I've said to these customers "you get what you pay for". Then I tell them no hard feelings and I'll talk to them when they need a real search product! <g> What I don't understand is how a company can take such chances with the products that they sell. Is it because many are not insuring the product? Or that they take their chances on having to pay a claim? Whatever happened to pride in your work?
