Bascially from the past dealings I have had with this company in the past year, they are very slooooow pay any way...I quit working with them when they wouldn't respond to payment inquiries until they needed something else done...and it was usually a rush  and full search. They even accused me of "holding a title hostage" until I received payment for previous work done months before. Thank goodness I had not even started the title work, much less "holding it hostage". such a strange concept...guess others have used that on them to finally get paid...I warned others in Piedmont NC about their payment practices and those who continued doing work with them have still have had trouble with super slow payment.  Hope those abstractors in India have more patience than us in waiting to get paid...my opinion, no big loss, let the Indians beg and get the run around for payment from Richmond Title.
