Amen to that.  Bottle water is the biggest waste of resources and money!!!!  And ....the best part.....it is no better for you than tap water.  As a matter of fact tap water is better.  Have you seen some of the places the so called spring water comes from.  Yeah, check that out sometime.  I bet you won't drink bottled water again after seeing where it comes from and what is done to it to make it drinkable, I mean spring water.

I like your idea of walking or riding.  I have a drive thru (beer, wine, cigs, bread, etc. - very limited grocery items) that is only 3 blocks away yet I drive almost every time.  It is sad how lazy we are!!
