It is the worst I have seen here.  Jim (my boss) has been in title for 30 years and he also says this is the worst he has ever seen.  Granted our order count did go up a small amount but not near what it should be.  If you do any kind of short sale or forclosure work you are probably busier than most of us these days.  I think the rumors or 4% sound good but if that happens we will be back to 10 hour+ days - feast or famine in this biz.
