I appreciate your efforts. As far as I am concerned the my issue with that company is resolved. My warning was only for others to be careful before making a deposit from them.

I also thank you for pointing out the omission on my part of the company address, I practiced law for over twenty years before limiting my work to land title abstracting. During that time I pursued and defended actions against individuals and business entities for libel and slander, however, I did not libel that company, I merely reported the facts to our fellow members.
