By reporting to the BBB and Bar you can put others on notice that this guy is a piece of crap.  I know a lot of people that check the BBB in Ohio before working with anyone so it makes sense to me to at least make a report.   The Columbus Bar Association also has a referral service and I am sure they wouldn't put an attorney like that on their referral list.  I guess it could be alot like SOT - a place to go to see who pays and who doesn't and get some friendly advice - at least some of the public would be aware of the dirt balls.
