You probably won't believe this, but after all this time, I am FINALLY collecting my money from the settlement company in Pittbsugh that refused to pay me for two title searches.
After taking them to the Magistrate and getting a judgment entered against them, they still ignored their debt to me.
Recently my Attorney garnished their bank account and at that point they finally responded and overnighted him a cashiers check.
It ended up costing them way more than just paying for the original two title searches would have, because costs and fees are added on.
Just wanted to let you know how this all turned out.
