They are a great company.  A friend of mine has been doing their work here in Northern Virginia for years and they have always been great to him.  I think that they only pay when things settle and don't pay on thinks that cancel but they don't have that many that cancel.  But I think sometimes they do pay on cancelled cases as well but not all of them.
