Hi Sheila,
As a general rule, I try to avoid speaking to one client about another. Getting one client involved in a dispute against another can backfire in so many different ways that I don't think I would even consider it.
Maybe you have a very friendly relationship with your attorney cient, or maybe you have thought through the possible consequences and all would be well. I don't know your circumstances. I just can't imagine any customer that I would involve in a dispute with another.
