Ok, I guess no one else has done anything for them! I finally reached them today and was given a runaround type answer about the deals not having closed (of which one definitely has, the deed was recorded a week after I did the search!). Then I was told she would "look into the funding". I asked what that means and she said she would check with the person who pays the bills.

I am so aggravated and tired of these companies trying to take advantage of the small independent abstractor. Does anyone have any ideas for how I can collect my money without costing myself more money?

Just needing to vent..........
