Dear valued contractor,  I regret to inform you that we have had to suspend our operations effective November 3rd, 2008.  In this economy, the cost of doing buisiness was greater that the amount being received.  Our plan is to recover all outstanding funds owed Mid-Atlantic Title in order to pay all our our contractors.  We appreciate your service over the last 11 years and will do everything possible to pay all debts in full.  Sincerely  Donald R strickland.
