****So yes, part of our response to you is--we don't need anymore competition.  But the reality is, if I was GOOD at anything else, I wouldn't still be doing this.  I'd go get a JOB somewhere and come back when the market rebounds****

Wendi...that is SO true...I've been doing this for 20 years, and if I had any other skill I'd have been gone a long long time ago.

Some people have keep their heads above water in this market, but I'm drowning...LOL
