I must concure with the others.  Now is not the most profitable time and I am speaking from the Title Insurance Agency.  I have been contacted by a few examiners seeking work.  It is an unfortunate situation we are all in.  One depends on the other.

Our order count is way too low to support the examiners we use (but we try to send as much as we can) and I feel terrible for the ones that have lost their whole businesses.  Unless things turn around we will all be looking at new careers.  We are hoping things will start to turn up next year but I am not holding my breath.
