You are correct as far as the Bk. being under Monte not TS; however, he listed all TS' creditors on his Bk. so this might not be settled until the Bk. trustee makes his decision.  As far as you seizing his assets, please let me know if you are able to seize any.  I am an ex-employee who has a pay claim judgment against TS and if there are assets (the doors are closed and the building emply) and assets are paid out before mine, then I have further action as it is the fiducary responsibility of an insolvent company to divide and pay assets in a certain order.  Sad thing is that it was supposedly reported to the state workforce that everyone (but me) had been paid.
