Hey Kevin, How have you been ??   I have seen an increase in the last two weeks and it seems half the work are fulls the other half are refi's but they now want c&r's / ea's searched even on the refi's.  It seems the modification companies are very busy ( they don't require title ins or title search) and I think that takes away from the refi market. All those homeowners who are just trying to reduce their interest rate are doing mod's instead of refi's
