Robert,

I agree.  Someone once said it is better to make $1,000.00 ten times than make $10,000.00 all at once.  I would site the situation whereby a new title company became very large very fast.  The underwriter loved it because the revenue in premiums were immense.  This company lasted 10 years.  They eventually were shut down by the underwriter and they spent 2 years cleaning up the mess.  The question is was it worth it?

I would like to hear more sides to this as well as others experiences.
