If this is the Old Republic Title Insurance Company I think it is.  Old Republic Title Company used to be known as Minnesota Title Company.  It has been around for several years based out of Minnesota.  I use to work as a title examiner for 8 years here in Texas and Old Republic Title Company was our underwriter for the title company I worked for.  Hope this information helps.
