I guess the quality of the title search is of no concern to the banks.  If the smallest details of a business deal don't matter, then what value does the deal have? If you think you're getting information that is as well researched and valuable coming from people who have no expertise in a county or State- with various ways of indexing information, various town and other miscellaneous taxes, and weird assessments for road projects- things which someone has to have knowledge of an area to comprehend-of various legal intricacies of state real estate law...if you don't pay attention to the little things like this, if you don't want to have the most accurate information you must have to make a loan...then you end up in a situation where you're 'borrowing' money from the very people whose jobs you have sent off shore because you have made bad loans based on bad decisions.

This situation in this country, the way the corporations have destroying the working class in America, and then come to us to bail them out when their business practices, corruption, and general lack of any type of civic responsibility has destroyed all this country is and has stood for.

This is a sad day in human history- one which I hope you all will remember...the day they sold our jobs offshore and then asked us to bail them out- because they were to big to fail...
