The deadline was actually 2-15-09. Yes, it has passed but since the 15th was on a weekend we are waiting to see if it comes in todays mail.

Under N.C. law (and most other states) the Defendant(s) in matters such as this have thirty (30) days from the date of service to respond to a complaint. We intend to stay on top of this.
