4x over you had to send invoices....via email no less, where the ding dang twit could have simply searched her own email for them. That is what irks me most about our industry as I get it all the time from lender processors. One told me recently, after I sent info multiple times per their request that they remember receiving it a few times but it is just so much easier to call and have it resent. GGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!
Cuz, I have nothing better to do with my time then fill your requests over and over and over and over. Now, mind you that I go ahead and search my delete items, which is where 90% of my email sits, to find the previously sent item and add a notation that this was sent on xyz date but I am more than happy to resend it. I usually will carbon copy the Loan Officer and or Manager if I happen to have saved that old email address. Call me a crab apple but it makes me feel better.
